GLSP Agent Privacy Notice

GLSP HELLAS SINGLE MEMBER PC operates GLSP Agent as an internal pilot for authorized employees. For questions about personal data, contact info@glsp.gr.

Information processed
When you use the agent, it processes your question, the Teams and Microsoft Entra identifiers needed to check access, relevant SharePoint excerpts retrieved for an answer, the response, and operational information needed to secure and maintain the service.

How information is used and shared
GLSP uses this information to answer work-related questions and control access to the service. Messages pass through Microsoft Teams, a GLSP Azure gateway, and an n8n workflow. Depending on the question, relevant content may be sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google to generate a response. Do not submit passwords, API keys, or other secrets.

Access
The pilot is intended for authorized GLSP employees. Employee and SharePoint permission checks are being tested before a wider launch. Access to a SharePoint document does not automatically mean it is appropriate to send that document to an external AI provider.

Retention and your rights
Teams, Azure, n8n, SharePoint, and the selected AI provider may retain service data under their configured settings. GLSP is reviewing the exact retention periods and processing locations before wider release. To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, contact info@glsp.gr.
